Chris Parker has positioned hundreds of successful developments during his 30+ years with Parker Associates. In addition to conducting research and analysis, he served as company administrator. Chris also manages direct marketing and sales of real estate as well as practicing real estate sales as a licensed REALTOR® in Florida through Barclay's Real Estate Group based in Fort Myers, Florida. His education spanned three continents from Egypt and England to the United States in Florida.
Jim Doyle is the principal strategist. He brings over 25 years of media, marketing and agency management with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Jim started his career working directly in radio and print media. His background includes extensive in-house agency management for a diverse array of industries from entertainment and sports marketing to real estate with firms including Amphitheater Corp and Blockbuster Entertainment to LandMar Group and Crescent Resources.
David W. B. Parker has been at the forefront of web innovations since its earliest days in the real estate industry after founding PTC Computer Solutions in 1996. His years of experience designing hundreds of websites, and proven expertise getting them noticed by the search engines, has kept PTC clients in front of the competition in the highly competitive environment for real estate on the web. He also developed the proprietary NETneighbor, a unique connected community Intranet/Internet platform.
Dr. David F. Parker had been instrumental in the formation of The Real Estate Marketing Alliance to provide a team of professionals for the benefit of all real estate development companies in their efforts to work toward successful projects.
