David WB Parker is a licensed REALTOR® under Barclay's Real Estate Group. Together, they specialize in land acquisitions and sales for developer clients.

REMA focuses on the Southeastern United States with extensive knowledge of land and property but is also well versed in all 18 countries they've been involved in collectively. SALES & BROKERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

The REMA Team specializes in land acquisitions for developer clients but is also active in the residential market of not only Northeast Florida but all areas where they have been involved. REMA was an active principal in the New Home Discovery Center of St. Augustine through 2008 which involved management and brokerage of all sales throughout St. Johns County.
 
Real estate sales and brokerage operations and plans have been designed by REMA principals and senior staff recruited by REMA for a number of communities in various international countries such as Costa Rica and Aruba as well as many states including Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and North Carolina to name a few.
