DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT:
The principals of REMA have been responsible for development management of several large-scale planned communities in addition to serving as strategic advisors to several others in the United States, Europe and Africa. Dr. Parker received his doctorate in administration and Jim Doyle was responsible for the simultaneous management of marketing in twelve planned communities in Florida and Georgia.
The organization and operation of a full development management team has been designed for communities in several states and foreign countries, with documented organization plans and operations policies manuals. No aspect of management is overlooked in a REMA development plan.
