The Real Estate Marketing Alliance was asked to provide a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan for Lago Alto. The developer envisioned the creation of a master-planned resort community containing detached residences and low-rise condominium dwellings with an assortment of amenities. The intent was to market the property to primarily Americans and Canadians with a secondary focus on other international markets and Costa Ricans (‘Ticos’).
The purpose of this Strategic Marketing Plan was to define guidance for optimum offerings and marketing activities for attracting prospective purchasers and converting prospects to owners.

REMA planned to introduce the developer to its full range of services for the development/marketing of this planned community in conjunction with Costa Rican design and construction companies. The REMA Team provided all the deliverables and more to the great appreciation from the Lago Alto Team. The report provided Lago Alto with the comprehensive understanding they were looking for through the personal attention from the executives, Chris & David Parker, and the REMA Team.
