The Real Estate Marketing Alliance completed a number of studies for Connestee Falls beginning with a Strategic Marketing Plan for this already established community in Western North Carolina
which included results of market research on both potential consumers and competitive properties.
The follow up Market Analysis provided a complete update to the original Strategic Marketing Plan for the current time period. The Connestee Falls Team felt the ongoing support from REMA was necessary which led to an ongoing support of the Sales and Marketing process that involves semi-annual Surveys of the buyers and residents to assess and analyze the needs and the Pros/Cons of the community and the efforts of the Marketing and Sales for the community.
A Questionnaire survey was sent to all homeowners. Invitations to participate were sent via email and/or U.S. mail. An Executive Summary to examine and summarize the resulting data providing analysis and recommendations on key results was provided.
Additionally, the REMA team conducted a supplemental analysis comparing various years of Homeowner’s Surveys seeking to unearth any trends of interest that may have occurred during this time. In this analysis, questions from the most recent results are compared to “like questions” posed in previous Surveys.
REMA also made comparison and examination of “like questions” between the Home Buyer’s Survey and the current Homeowner’s Survey results.
In a continuing effort to keep abreast of homeowner opinions, concerns, and obtain general feedback from Connestee Falls Homeowners, the Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA) conducts a detailed survey of its Homeowners each year.
