The Real Estate Marketing Alliance was asked to provide a deep dive Marketing & Sales Audit to analyze existing marketing and sales activities at Alegría within the framework of the REMA Marketing and Sales System and recommend improvements to expedite sellout.
The report is prefaced by a brief situation analysis summary of recommendations followed by four sections presenting data/analysis according to the action phases of CONTROL, MARKET, SELL and MONITOR.
