After a down economy, the development at Amelia Riverwalk needed to be revived. The developers turned to the Real Estate Marketing Alliance to help them rekindle interest in their community.
Having sold only a handful of their hundred or so lots and having only a few residents did not make for a complete community. Grande Oak at Amelia Riverwalk was born out of the original community to reinvigorate their sales. Marketing this community to the right prospects was an issue that was right up REMA’s alley.
A research study, marketing plan, and budget plan later, the community is back on track.
