The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch Utilizes REMA

The Forest at HiHat Ranch utilizes the Real Estate Marketing Alliance Team.  The Forest at HiHat Ranch was interested in finding their prospects.  The REMA Team has extensive knowledge and understanding about people.  One of the most notable aspects about buying is the psychographics of people.  Research in to the psychographics and also the demographics of prospective buyers is imperative to understanding what to build and how to target the marketing plan toward that group.

Grande Oaks at Amelia Riverwalk – Amelia Island, Florida

After a down economy, the development at Amelia Riverwalk needed to be revived.  The developers turned to the Real Estate Marketing Alliance to help them rekindle interest in their community.

Having sold only a handful of their hundred or so lots and having only a few residents did not make for a complete community.  Grande Oak at Amelia Riverwalk was born out of the original community to reinvigorate their sales.  Marketing this community to the right prospects was an issue that was right up REMA’s alley.
