REMA consists of its constituent members, Parker Associates, REDdot Marketing, and PTC Computer Solutions. Some projects do not require every aspect of The REMA Team and in this case, it was Parker Associates and the research, operations, and management skills they offer who were able to assist the Hammock Beach Project.
The REMA Process
The Forest at HiHat Ranch utilizes the Real Estate Marketing Alliance Team. The Forest at HiHat Ranch was interested in finding their prospects. The REMA Team has extensive knowledge and understanding about people. One of the most notable aspects about buying is the psychographics of people. Research in to the psychographics and also the demographics of prospective buyers is imperative to understanding what to build and how to target the marketing plan toward that group.
The Forest at HiHat Ranch was interested in repositioning their community toward the new target market as defined by The REMA Team. If you are interested in repositioning your community, contact The REMA Team at email@example.com or call 904.992.9888.
After a down economy, the development at Amelia Riverwalk needed to be revived. The developers turned to the Real Estate Marketing Alliance to help them rekindle interest in their community.
Having sold only a handful of their hundred or so lots and having only a few residents did not make for a complete community. Grande Oak at Amelia Riverwalk was born out of the original community to reinvigorate their sales. Marketing this community to the right prospects was an issue that was right up REMA’s alley.
A research study, marketing plan, and budget plan later, the community is back on track. With it’s waterfront location and the proximity to Amelia Island, they hope to sell out the remaining lots in no time. Thanks to the REMA Team.
